Neurodivergent
Therapy
Being neurodivergent in a world designed for neurotypicals is tough. Whether you have an official diagnosis or not, your experiences are valid and it's OK that you process things around you in your own unique way.

As an individual with ADHD, I deeply understand the challenges associated with being neurodivergent. It can be overwhelming to manage one's feelings, stressors, and activities of daily living.

Note: I don't practice, advocate for, nor champion in any way, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
