Late-in-life-diagnosed neurodivergent adults
For adults who received a diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, or other neurodivergence late in their life, there are a plethora of challenges to navigate. What could my childhood have been like? Why didn't I know sooner? What do I make of all this new information about my identity? Et cetera.

For adults assigned female at birth (AFAB) the challenges are extra impactful, as research shows that parents are significantly less likely to pursue a neurodivergent diagnosis for AFAB kids.
